Shipping & Return Policies

Order processing times.

  • All orders received are shipped the following business day
  • Please allow 3-7 business days to receive shipment prior to contacting support
  • Track your own package (I’d like to set this up where this info is included in an email as soon as product is shipped)

Domestic shipping options.

  • US Standard Shipping ($9.99)
  • Expedited Shipping (varies depending on location and availability)
  • Next Day Local delivery (Greater Boston Area Only) up to 9pm ET ($TBD). Customer to provide:
    • Complete address including drop-off area, if applicable
    • Any special instructions
  • Free shipping on all orders over $100. For subscription orders (monthly or more frequent) starting with the 3rd month.

Lost or damaged orders:

All orders have tracking numbers. TFE Support team will reach out to the shipper for update and re-attempt delivery and maintain communication with the customer. If non-deliverability is confirmed, a new order may be processed, at customer’s request, the next business day to a new address provided by the customer with special delivery instructions.

If your order is damaged, email support with the following:

  • Picture of product in its original shipping box and packaging showing the damage, taken at time of arrival/receipt
    Request for replacement or refund
  • Replacement will be shipped the following day, upon approval by the support team
    Refunds will be processed the following business day upon approval by the support team. Please allow 7-14 days for your banking institute to process the refund.

Potential service interruptions:

Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of your control. Your shipping policy page is where you can communicate approximately how much longer and explain to customers why.

In case of any unforeseen or extenuating circumstances, such as natural disasters, pandemics, etc. there may be delays in processing of orders. We will communicate any unusual circumstances to our customers any issues or concerns and when they may expect shipment.
